Hi, I’m Janelle - a long time small-business owner who knows what it’s like to wear every hat in the building. For 18 years, I ran my own pet retail business, managing everything from hiring and HR to marketing, finances, operations, and customer service. Since then, I’ve expanded my work to help other small businesses get organized, implement better systems, and grow with confidence.
I specialize in behind-the-scenes support, task-based business management, and Facebook ads that connect businesses with the customers who need them most. My mission is to help small business owners feel more supported, less overwhelmed, and excited about what’s possible next.
I am located in SW Ohio, and have over a decade of experience working remotely.
